About Our Staff The Athlete’s Edge is made up of dedicated professionals. Our staff includes performance specialists who work with a variety of clients from weekend warriors to professional athletes in all sports. Our knowledge and experience is valuable to each and every athlete we train.
Our Programs Each of our programs are designed to be sport specific by taking into account what you need most. You have flexibility to train up to 4 times/week for intense 1 hour long sessions each with your own trainer. You have the options of: · Small Group Training (groups of up to 6) · Semi-Private Training (2-3 athletes) sharing a personal trainer · Personal Training (one-on-one) with an evaluation, goal setting, and personalized sport training.
